An improvement in 6.1.3 was to allow for a block of text as the body of a POST
in the Web Call action.
Once you update to that version (or later) you’ll be able to simply drop your
XML from below into that box and insert any variables where need be.

I know I saw this before, but cannot seem to find it now. I am looking for a
way to take a current timestamp (we are US Central Standard Time), change
it to GMT and then add 8 hours and have the date roll accordingly. I have
been mucking around with this and cannot get it to work right.
