I have the new Terascribe and Terescript and have been having issues with
characters when copying old Witango files to the new server. The characters
in these tafs were fine on the old server but when running the tafs on the
new server, we are getting either
, but it will be obvious in that you'll get an error as soon as you
make the change.

it to GMT and then add 8 hours and have the date roll accordingly. I have
been mucking around with this and cannot get it to work
