All is working now - here's what I had to do to use TessBaseAPI with
vs2010 C++ Windows (tested in Console App, and DLL).
I'm posting this info in hopes that it might be helpful for others and
save someone some time...

Glad you've succeeded. Some revisions are transitional. Others compile
under VC out of the box. One needs to find a stabile and compilable
revision oneself, unfortunately.

and found that for business cards optimal image size is around 1,024 x
