Hi,
First, make sure you are up-to-date with packages ('yum check-update').
I think you have to check if the problem has to do with character sets or fonts
configured in Konsole.
Somewhere in the menu you should be able to select and play with them (UTF*,

Hi,
I recently installed F14. I've noticed that even when I tell grub to
use 1024x768 in the consoles (vga=0x317), it starts out there, then
quickly flips to the default for the gui, 1280x1024. I like 1280x1024
for the gui, but it is just slightly uncomfortable in the console.

I'm trying to debug an issue I am seeing with b43legacy cards.
The BZ report is:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=640766
If you have a b43legacy card available, can you please reply to the list
with your results? I'm trying to see if I can confirm this issue.

Thanks Thomas. This will work great. Now we just need to figure out how
to drive this initiative. Perhaps a wiki page to at least identify the
packages and if we've worked with the maintainers yet to get an agreement to
try to provide some sort of testing information. From there we'll need s

That's the unapproved critical path updates on Bodhi that I was talking
about and it is just a small subset of critical path packages where the
package needs testing. What I mean is a listing of all packages that would
be considered critical path when an update is pushed out for that package.

Hi,
I noticed in your attached log that you utilize avahi service (which in turn
cooperates with nss-mdns client).
$ yum info avahi
$ yum info nss-mdns
$ chkconfig --list | grep -i
