When I boot, the transition from plymouth to KDM occurs immediately. There is no waiting. It is when I power off, that I see the could not write bytes: broken pipe lines. There must be at least a dozen, while the power off process appears to hang for a few seconds, before plymouth again kicks

I was able to successfully install Fedora 14 RC1 x86_54 on my Dell Latitude E6400 laptop today. I need to change some video options a bit since I use dual monitors, and look more closely at the available yum repos, but overall it was quite successful. Bob Cochran -- test mailing list

I'd love to see this fixed before release: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=630671 The majority works, the only thing that lets it down is the GUI to configure 2 finger scrolling on touchpad hardware that supports reporting finger width. I have added patch to the BZ by Chris Bagwell
