I installed (rpm -ivh) kernel-PAE on a Fedora 16α system.
I changed /etc/sysconfig/kernel: DEFAULTKERNEL=kernel-PAE
The new kernel-PAE shows up in grub.cfg, but some things are not quite how they
should be:
- the menu entry for kernel-PAE is not of the same format as the other lines
- the echo
Hi,
can't find qmake on my F16-Alpha box. The rpm
qt-4.8.0-0.9.beta1.fc16.x86_64 is installed. I found qmake in F15 in
/usr/lib64/qt4/bin/qmake, but it's not there in F16.
Kind regards

The short answer is
Never have seen this with F15. Only have read about it.
Now it's hitting me badly everytime I boot F16 Alpha. Sometimes the
second login attempt succeeds, sometimes it doesn't and needs
a third attempt.
