libXScrnSaver.i686 sni-qt.i686 pulseaudio-libs.i686
pulseaudio-libs-glib2.i686 alsa-plugins-pulseaudio.i686
The above should bring in any other dependencies required.
Finally
dnf install --nogpgcheck skyp
