Does the system normally lock up when idling or when under heavy load? I
find that when under memory pressure (start Android Studio, start an
emulator, etc) I could make the system so sluggish that the mouse wouldn't
even move and switching to a VT doesn't work...

When, usually, do we introduce Mock configurations for branched upcoming
releases? Do we wait for alpha or is it fine as soon as the branch is

A minor bugfix update for F-13's PackageKit is currently stuck in
testing; it's had a proventester upvote so it just needs a +1 from any
registered Fedora user at this point.
The update fixes the broken command-not-found helper, so any of you
still running F-13, please test.
