I've worked around this by downgrading gnome-session packages to
gnome-session-3.14.0-2.fc22.x86_64.

Lo and behold, got my gnome desktop (of course, no sound).

You running firefox-28.0.[123]?
I noticed that xulrunner-28.0.1.fc21 "failed to build".
Running latest firefox with older xulrunner spews my journal, etc.
I've downgraded to firefox-27.0.1-2.fc21.x86_64 and all is well.

Anything missing?

I recovered by downloading nss-softokn-3.13.1-20.fc17 packages from
koji, expanding them (on a Mac :-( ), and then copying the appropriate
files to /usr/lib64.
Now that rpm was working again, I could 'rpm -Uvh --force' the -20
packages to update the rpm db, etc.

What versions are you running? Per Adam above, see anything in

I noticed this too.
I downgraded the systemd packages from systemd-20-1.fc15.x86_64 to
systemd-18-1.fc16.x86_64 and it now 'works for me'.
Not sure its a systemd issue or some other
org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=196237 made it
work for me.

If so, there is a new build in koji that 'makes it work for me'.
