Hi, I have no idea what happened or what changed, but I didn't do anything further and yet: [root@lionors ~]# su - gdm -s /bin/sh [gdm@lionors ~]$ gsettings get org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power sleep-inactive-ac-timeout 0 and the computer does not auto suspend whilst in "GDM mode".
