Go ahead.  No biggie.  The thing is to show that flood can do
dynamic requests/responses.  IMHO, it doesn't matter too much if
this little example isn't 100% perfect.  (And, regardless, it gets
bonus points if it works against Google.)

Unlikely as I believe that we don't want to run SSL on any of the
apache.org machines.

I can bring up the idea on infrastructure@ and see if anyone has
any ideas for placement of a SSL server.  icarus might need SSL
if we switch to a Subversion infrastructure.  -- justin
