Dear All,
as far as I know, metapost from tetex does not work
with groff and has difficulties with font changes
in non-tex labels.
Is anybody interested in fixing that?
May be somebody has already fixed tetex for himsef?

do you use that patch yourself or have just hacked it?
Some comments on it:
0) No trfonts.nam or trchars.adj in tetex.
1) As character names in groff font metrics files may be 8bit.
thus the "hash" function has to be changed as follows to avoid
core dupms if compiled with signed char.

Thanks a lot for your important comments.
That was a code about 10 years ago, just regulated
to match the latest sources.
I rarely use groff, and really that patch dose not
work, as you have pointed out.
