CTAN (ftp://ftp.tex.ac.uk/tex-archive/systems/unix/teTeX-beta/) has: teTeX-texmf-beta-20021209-20021116.xdelta ...!. and teTeX-src-beta-20021210-20021116.xdelta .!. Shouldn't we have XX-20021216.xdelta's? -- George N. Whi
