Welcome, Mat! I can’t solve your problem completely since I operate in a totally different environment. But it appears you’re trying to use MusiXTeX within LaTeX. Unless you have some very good reason (like maybe writing a book with embedded musical examples), it’s much cleaner and easier

Hi, Philipp-- This one looks easy. Try replacing the two lines containing getarg with the comment lines that follow them. (Use any text editor. Just remove the c from the comment lines). I guess I have the only FORTRAN compiler in the world where getarg has 3 arguments rather than 2. --Don
