It seems like a wrong make4ht installation. It cannot load any
extensions. You may try instead this:
tex4ebook -c mycfg.cfg draft "svg"
It should still produce SVG images for PDF files, but the compilation
will be slower.

install htcmd.c. But I could not find htcmd, could you give me some advice? by
the way my system is ubuntu14.
