I have some thoughts on UT Grotto's search for a meeting room. Someone
posted that we might need a max occupancy of 100. I have been counting our
biggest meetings for years, and they seem to max out around 65 people. So, 70
might work. A pizza/burger joint party room might have a 60" TV
For what it’s worth, last year I hosted a wedding party at The Salt Lick just
SW of Austin on 150. I believe the large dining room would accommodate 100 or
more. BBQ could also probably be arranged. Worth looking into?
