Since I live in Waco, I only met Bill Mixon a few times through the years at a
TSA Convention or TCR, and when he came out to see what was happening at Kiwi
Sink. Other than knowing Bill from the book reviews he published in the NSS
News, and the AMCS publications he produced, my contact with
I met Bill while he was toiling away in the basement physics lab. He always had
time for lunch discussions with updates on the tokamak project, science news,
and interesting stories of the exploits of cavers and cave divers. It always
cracked me up that he kept one of the problematic circuit
