I would recommend avoiding driving on highways in Harris County, Texas,
especially between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., and especially inside of Beltway 8,
and especially anything marked I-69, and even moreso during rainfall, or
shortly after rain, and the once a year ice-storm.
