Not to sound crass but... Why not abandon the man-made lake and enjoy the
amazing opportunity that your local geology has provided you. I can imagine
future you stating “I used to have a 17 acre lake here but now I have the only
humanly-accessible entrance to the fabled Old Man Wisdom
Do you have one for Nathan Parker? He passed away several years ago at age 40.
He was active in the UTG and caving in TX and MX.
