[Texascavers] Help needed: Spanish verbs as adjectives in cave map

I have a list of verbs that I want to use as adjectives for entrance names on a cave map (for example, making them into 'ing' verbs), but from what I can tell, not all verbs lend themselves to this. Looking for someone with a mastery of Spanish to take a look at these verbs and suggest the best way

For years I've heard about a decades old article (Texas Cattle Magazine?) warning landowners to keep James Reddell and Bill Elliott off of their property because of the risk of finding endangered karst invertebrates.  Does anyone have the specific citation or, better yet, a copy of the article?
