[Texascavers] Arthur rescue is successful this morning

Arthur leave the cave at 0530hrs. The Dr and Paramedics are moving him in an 
surface ambulance, ´cause the weather do not permit an helicopter land. I´m not 
sure if they are going to an hospital Puebla (but I think so). The guys who 
removed him are resting. The derigging team has just came in the area and will 
start to work soon.
