Texas cavers,
For those of you Texas cavers not on Facebook, here’s an invitation to attend
the expedition send-off party for PESH 2019 (Proyecto Espeleologico Sistema
Huautla) in South Austin. Your ticket to attend will be a potluck contribution
of anything humanly edible. Grilled sausage links on a tortilla and drinks
provided.
Party location: 2403 Southland Dr., Austin,
the home of my daughter, Audrey
Time: 7:00 p.m.
Highlights: Short speeches, take a selfie
with the flag of The Explorers Club,
and music by the Gary Franklin Band,
featuring Gary Franklin, “the funky
scientist that rocks”
