Thank you, George EVENT PLANNER LOCATION: CARLSBAD, NM NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY seeks applicants for an Event Planner for National Cave and Karst Research Institute. Successful applicant plans, supervises, executes, and evaluates events for the Institute and all of its programs. The events focus on fundraising but include and are not limited to awards, conference, media, and promotional activities. Coordinates with other Institute staff as needed to assure all event materials are accurate and well prepared, and to focus event activities whenever possible to support the Institute and its programs financially and to build their reputation and volunteer base. Some events will be conducted in cooperation with Institute partners. Additionally, maintains, manages, and updates the Institute's donor, visitor, outreach, and volunteer databases, and conducts administrative and other duties as required.
