On a recent episode of Stargate Atlantis, the team was trapped under concrete rubble of a large structure. A group of rescue experts was sent into to rescue the trapped team.
The time period of this show is not set in the future, but approximately in the present. So the rescuers are not using some futuristic headlamp. However, you would think that with the technology the gate travelers have acquired, they would have better access to headlamps and helmets. It appears to me the rescuers are using a headlamp bought at Target called the River Rock K2 headlamp. It only cost $ 25, but is most definitely the best headlamp in this price range.
