TCR is next month (www.oztotl.com/tcr) and so the time has come to ask for volunteers to help with cooking and serving for the big feast on Saturday night. If you are interested in either cooking or serving then please email me off-line and I'll convene a cooks meeting in a couple of weeks to go through the details. If it will affect anyone's decision, I'm based in Austin. If you have any large-scale cooking equipment we can borrow, I'd also like to hear from you!
