I take it that the lithium D cells that Stone made were not 1.5 volt? I bought several batches of big LEDs from China through Ebay. Each color has a different forward bias voltage and current requirement. Some (ultra-violet, I think) need 3.7 volts - all of them needed more than 1.5 volts. (If yo

Well, even though a syntactical error was made - the question appears to have gotten through. (Thanks Mark!) Of course I ment D-Cell *lights* and not D-Cells. The first commercaially available lithium batteries - I seem to remember - were 3.1 volt rather than the 1.5 volt lithiums that are now wid
