Dear Friends,

This year's Sinkhole Conference, the 14th Multidisciplinary Conference on
Sinkholes and the Engineering and Environmental Impacts of Karst, is less than
7 months away. It will be held in Rochester, Minnesota, and NCKRI is jointly
organizing it this time with the Minnesota Ground Water Association. All of the
conference details are available at
www.sinkholeconference.com<http://www.sinkholeconference.com>.

Exhibitors and sponsors!
Many consultants, university professors, and representatives of local to
federal land management agencies typically attend The Sinkhole Conference. That
is why many companies and organizations register as exhibitors and sponsors to
set up booths and share their latest products and other information with this
highly interested pool of potential customers and partners. If you are
interested in exhibiting or sponsoring, you'll find the forms and details on
our website.

2015 Beck Scholarships!
For the second time in its history, The Sinkhole Conference is supporting the
registration and travel expenses of students in honor of the conference's
founder, Dr. Barry F. Beck. Thanks to the generous support of several
individuals and the MGWA, we are able to support four excellent students this
year: Laurentiu Artugyan of Romania, Tamsin Brittany Green of the United
Kingdom, Caren Raedts of Canada, and John Wall of the USA. Check out our
website to learn more about them, and also how to help sponsor more students
for future conferences.

Deadlines for Papers!
If you are writing a paper for presentation at the conference, remember, the
deadline is 15 March 2015. Also, everyone submitting a paper must be registered
for the conference, so do that now and before prices increase later this year.

If you have questions about The Sinkhole Conference please contact me, and feel
free to forward this message to anyone you think would appreciate it.

George
