If you cave in Mexico this is cave related.
A reminder ... I just received this from: .S. Representative Charles A. Gonzalez, Serving the 20th District of Texas Dear Friends, As you all know, there have been significant changes made at the border over the past year with respect to security. The Department of Homeland Security has implemented new measures which will be phased in over time to protect from illegal entry, and effective this week one of the newest changes will be put into place. Starting Thursday, January 31st, 2008, if you're a US citizen and entering or re-entering the US via land or sea, you will: 1) Be required to present documentation that denotes identity, and 2) Be required to present documentation that denotes citizenship. This is a change from previous requirements which allowed citizens to enter by land or sea by simply making a verbal declaration of citizenship. This is in addition to new rules that were implemented for travel by air, which require: 1) All persons traveling internationally present a passport or other valid travel document to enter or re-enter the United States. The Department of Homeland Security has additional information and I encourage you to visit their website to learn more. Specifically, they devoted an entire page to "Frequently Asked Questions" about the changes taking place on January 31st, and you can view that document here: http://www.dhs.gov/xnews/releases/pr_1200677666905.shtm <http://gonzalez.congressnewsletter.net/mail/util.cfm?mailaction=clickth ru&gpiv=1999915942.67336.238&gen=1&mailing_linkid=2412> And of course, please don't ever hesitate to contact my office in San Antonio if you ever have questions or need any sort of assistance. You can reach us by calling 210-472-6195. We wish you the safest travels this year and look forward to assisting however we can. Sincerely,
