[Texascavers] Well rescue in San Luis Potosi, Mexico

This morning, Proteccion Civil Estatal call Espeleo Rescate Mexico people to 
help with the rescue of a 31 years old guy who felt down in a well, 30ft deep. 
He was died already. The rescue team went to the place at 1000 hrs. The body 
recovery finished at 1140 hrs. In short, the official report in:
