I am going to actually attempt to write something interesting and
relevant for a change.

So do not hit the delete button just yet.

Does anybody remember that ?

I bet James Jasek or Ron Ralph can tell you.

The TSA held their winter meeting here ( in the photo ) in either 1992 or
1993 on the Brazos River
just on the outskirts of Waco, Texas. We camped here below the house.

Now you can hit the delete button, as the rest is my usual tooting of my
horn.

I was quiet impressed with this event. So, I made a really nice color
vector-drawing of this image showing Jim
McLanes diesel 4x4 Scout 2, and cavers tents below. This artwork was
the first color computer
graphic image on the cover of SpeleoSpace. I donated the original
artwork to Jim McLane and it
sat on his living room shelf up until he had his first estate sale ( which
took place before he died ).

In theory, in my storage building is a 23 year old floppy disk with that
artwork. Finding it would be
rather next to impossible. I doubt I ever converted it to CD or saved it
on a hard-drive. Someone might
have access to the print and it could be scanned if it was still usable.

Anyways, I no longer remember why the TSA met here, or what was
accomplished. But there were
about 20 cavers camped below this structure.
