Every day in the news, somewhere somebody finds a dead person in the woods or a missing person is being searched for in the woods or in the creeks or in a dumpster.
There is an easy solution to this problem. We can create a legal depository for criminals to dump bodies. It would be a drive-by chute in an alley, where the chute would lead down to a refrigerated room. Criminals would be allowed to enter the alley without survellience with a promise by our government that they will not be monitored entering or leaving the area. The body would be required to be wrapped in a white sheet and duct-taped up. The body would not be allowed to be mutilated. Surveillance tapes of the area would not be admissible in court nor would the authorites be allowed to request or subpoena such video-tapes. A person assisting the criminal by lifting the body into the chute would not be guilty as an accomplice. Imagine, "hey friend, will you help me dump my wife at the chute? Sure man, let's go get a pizza first." This idea would save millions of dollars, help our environment, make our streets safer, because people and officers would not be search for bodies but instead searching for criminals. And the act of depositing a body outside of the depository would be a cause for capital punishment - death by injection.
