You often hear people say the U.S. is running out of oil. I would like to see a headline in the news showing a time-line showing when areas of the U.S. will no longer have any oil left to drill.
Below is a rough example: Area Year States northeast of Pennyslvannia. 2050 East-Central Coast States 2100 Arizona, New Mexico 2125 Oregon, Montana, Washington, Idaho 2150 California-Nevada 2175 Alaska ( excluding ANWR ) 2225 States south-east of Tennesse 2250 Central-Midwest U.S. 2300 South U.S 2350 Colorado, Wyoming area 2400 Best case scenario - U.S. will be completely out of oil by 2,410. ( Approximately, 10 generations from now ) I wonder how our descendants then will look back upon our wasteful culture, knowing that we know the information above and could care less about their welfare?
