The World Court is at it again.

They now want the U.S. to stop executing foreigners.

It is my opinion, that some of the country's that oppose
capital punishment are very hypocritical.

For example, in latin america, many of the governments
( especially those with religious influences ) are opposed to
the government using capital punishment.

However, many of the common people on the street, have
no problem with killing their wife, or their kids or their
cousins or their neighbors or anybody else. And in
some cases the deaths are quite violent using techniques
like beheading, for example.

I believe we need to find the bad people in the world and
do everything we possibly can to prevent them from hurting
people and we need to do it in a cost effective manner.

You can't rehabilitate a cannibal or a person who enjoys
mutilating someone. But you can stop them from doing it
again.

In addition to that, if people are come to the U.S. to seek a better
life, then they should follow the laws. I believe their punishment
should be the maximum allowable by law. I don't believe they
should be deported as they will be able to easily disappear into
society again.

I do recognize that our judicial system can wrongfully convict someone
and that the poor immigrant does not have adequate representation.
So I can see a need to verify their verdict before the execution.
