This is a very famous story. It turned out in the end, that the lady was clawing an injuring herself, and there not actual, real ghosts present. OKay, call me a knit picker! I have lot of books about myths, mysteries, hauntings, strange happenings, etc. The Borely Rectory story is a classic ghost story. But, like The Amityville Horror, it was all fake.
