One note more:
There is a practical problem if you have to draw and there are too
many splay shots. Only solution now is one MUST measure and draw
too. If measurement is done by somebody else the drawer is not able
to recognize which shot is which.

looks like none of your centreline points is fixed, so you are mixing
absolute and relative coordinates. Either fix one of the centreline
points (421 or 422 in your example) or add a real shot from some
centreline point to station 203 (with length/compass/clino).
