Thanks, it's not the definitive solution but it's a good trick.
The problem is really related to fix command. When I comment the "fix"
and "cs" commands in my survey , the displacement is not as big as
before (35700 units). Now the sketch is in the upper xvi limit.

I found some trick to fix XVI wrong placement problem
On a dedicated XVI thconfig use such commands
source
centerline
fix 62@stels1.stels 0 0 0
endcenterline
endsource
Station to fix is should be upper station in current elevation XVI

Like Vasily, I have found only the morphed extended XVI file are wrong,
the plan XVI file are OK. The problem is a error in the calculation of
the Sketch Y coordinate .
The coordinate information is in the XVI file, this the reason because
any change in Xtherion map editor don't solve

Thanks for the link, previously I don't found anything because I have
searched "morphing extended profile".
I experienced the sames problems you have described. If you move
manually the sketch in Xterion map editor, you have to do again every
time you open the .th2 file.

I guess that this is what you are referring to. I do not think this is
normal too but I know no other solution

extended profiles is erroneous. The centerline and sketch don't are
superposed. The xvi is at 0 0 position, but the sketch are very
displaced in Y direction (X it's OK), far 35000 units.
