Until recently I was able to eject CDs/DVDs by pressing the physical
button on the device itself. It now seems that the only way to eject is
by rightclicking the (mounted)device icon and selecting Eject Volume.

Sometimes I have to wait for a copy/move action to finish before I can
go on with my very important business. I like to fire up Firefox to
check very important websites during the wait-time to be sure I don't
waste any time...

When copying/deleting/moving multiple files, it could be that you have
insufficient rights to read one or more files. Thunar allows you to
choose between cancel, skip and skip all...
In this case I'd like to fire up a terminal, fix the permissions and hit
Retry, but that button doesn't exist!

The machine I'm building all xfce packages didn't have subversion

We follow the Gnome HIG here and use Control+R (that's also what Firefox
does).
Firefox also uses F5 for all of the 'previously MS users'...
Please consider enabling both ctrl-r and F5 as refresh... Please?

Is it possible to add an option to the Custom Action coolness that
after performing an action the directory/file listing gets refreshed?
I use touch to create a new file, but it only appears after going one
directory higher and returning to my workdir.
Command used: touch %d/_new_file
I had fam installed but famd wasn't running...
KDELIBS depends on fam (only KDE package which is present on my system,
I swear!).
On Gentoo, Fam and gamin are blocking each other, so I'll be using fam
for now...
