Hi All,
almost a year ago I asked the developer community for help to update
TiddlyDesktop too, but without response yet:
http://groups.google.com/group/TiddlyWiki/browse_thread/thread/1f26e2293bb820ed/b568038ace5e4044?lnk=gst&q=tiddlydesktop#b568038ace5e4044
Therefore, thanks for renewing this
Updated section function not working in my browsers?? (XP64)
Example Link:
http://www.TiddlyTools.com/#CoreTweaks##784
All I get is the normal home page for http://www.TiddlyTools.com
Tried with: FF3.0.4, Chrome 0.3.154.9, IE 7.0.5730.11 (64bit)
Did I misunderstand anything?
Thanks for any help,
I located FND's PermalinkPlugin
http://fnd.lewcid.org/MTS/#PermalinkPlugin
I gave it a try thinking it would encode the [['s and ]]'s, but it
didn't.

Thanks for the hint Ken.
I found out that I needed to change the setting in "MptwTheme"
It was reading:

background-color:[[ColorPalette::TertiaryPale]];

Ken, thanks.
That information helps, but is there a script, plugin, or
modification, that automatically replaces the brackets and blank
space?

I'd assumed I could place a .svg file as a graphic in a tiddler using
the img markup as for .jpg files but I just see a small placeholder
instead of the image. Is there some other way I would embed an svg
file or are they perhaps not embeddable?
Thanks
Kevin

You are looking for stuff that starts with .editor
.editor textarea {font-family: arial; font-size:1.8em; color: #444;}

Mole - No, it must be something else because I have several different
TW files and they display differently in edit mode. (I did try
changing the default font in Firefox, but it didn't change anything in
edit mode.) - Mike

Hello MJaffe,
I too am new so hopefully I get this correct.

I'd like to take better advantage of the permalink feature. However
emailing the permalink or pasting it into a tiddler doesn't work so
well when the tiddler title contains spaces when the last two

I'm still a newbie, so please bear with me.
I'm not sure where I messed up, but when I'm in edit mode I don't like
the font that is used. I changed my StyleSheet (first time I've
attempted this) so it says:
body {
font-family: verdana;
font-size: 9pt;
}
That changed the font in view mode, but
Hello,
I am starting to use tiddlywiki and one thing that I noticed is
that when I use a code block "{{{ code }}}" for large amounts of text,
the box simply grows to be as long as the text. There are some nice

TiddlySticky isn't actually a TiddlyWiki adaptation - it merely uses
TW's the file-system code.
While that error seems to originate in the file-saving module, I'm not
intimately familiar with TiddlySticky - so you should ask the original

I wondered about parentheses when I saw the original question. I've
never been able to use the "+" button way of adding a new action to a

I appreciate that you might have been in a hurry, but it's not very fair
cramming multiple issues into a single, very curt posting. Also, the
