Folks,
Can anyone tell me how I can find/make a macro to remove more than one
tag of the current tiddler, with one click ?
eg;
Remove tag1 tag2 [[tag 3]] if the current tiddler is tagged "tag1 tag2
[[tag 3]]|" if not no change occurs.
Ideally I would like to be able to add a tag at the same tim
Thanks for that Image.
I see you problem now is a placement around the tagging box. There are
options to remove this but I am not expert in the CSS stuff, sorry. I have
however had it removed on mine. and replaced with tagglytagging or something
like that.
Before I understood this (From your imag
Is there a convenient way to separate the visual appearance of bold
fonts vs. tiddly links?

Sure - I have a screenshot (*.jpg) I could post. Could you be a bit
more specific about where to post it (i.e. URL).
I tried with both Firefox and IE. Same result, either way.

If you have not found an easy way to do it with TiddlyWiki, you have missed
something.

This is always a problem with computers in general.
The most common solution is to place leading zeros in the names, and it will
sort correctly eg;
01. First
01.1 First First
02. Second
...
10. Tenth
10.1 Tenth First
I believe the special sort treatment of Erics would be in his FET (For Each

Yes! I knew it was something so simple. And now that I think about it,
it makes sense. Thanks, Eric.

Your difficulty stems from a misapprehension of the "evaluated
parameter" syntax

It was this:

Hey,
I checked both, but it still doesn't solve my problem, because I don't
have tiddlers named "appears charactername", they're named just
"charactername". And since I'm distinguishing between appearances and
mentions, I need to generate a tag consisting of "appears/mentioned"
and the name of the
So I tried disabling the plugins, that didn't work. I deleted them,
still got the error.
I'm trying to download a new mgtd file from tiddlyspot, but whenever I

This seems like a bug to me, but maybe there's a workaround that
someone can tell me about.
Here's what I'm seeing: if you create a new tiddler whose title is
also a tag and then add text as numbered bullets, then the "list of
tiddlers" box that is generated shoves all of the tiddler text to the
Hi W,
Entering fields is still a manual process. you have lost me I am afraid :)
Have you checked out MPTW? it may solve all your problems.
I don't understand the evaluated perameters in the tags macro. I think you
might need Erics Match Tags plugin from TiddlyTools.

Well, poking around, I found the conflict. I'm using Abego Software's
YourSearch plugin and that's what is breaking the "next action"
highlighting when I edit an existing project.
I wish I had more programming chops - I'd start digging to see if I
could figure out what the conflict is.
For now,
I looked, but I couldn't find anything.

Hi W,
I am interested in how you are using wiki in the context of stories and
characters. It seems we share an interest in tagging stories. I would be
interested in seeing your TW. Perhaps we could learn from a shared approach.
You could two Extended Fields to perform the same job as tagging do

I have a tiddler SiteStartup that I render from PageTemplate with

only runs once?
You could use something akin to the "install only once" flag here:
