Great! But, what I want to know is whether you can use TiddlyWiki
from a local file using Firefox on Android (saving changes, etc.).

Yes it is Bidixs ChangeModePlugin and now I've uploaded a copy at

It is in swedish I'm afraid but look for "redigering" and
"administratör" to change the modes.
