I've loaded a TW into the iPhone from Tiddlyspot via both Safari and
TWEdit. The question I have is that all of the buttons in the TW seem
to require two presses to activate. Is this expected? Can it be
modified to one press?

Is it possible to upload a tw-document "easily" to TiddlySpace? I
mean, not only tiddlers, but the theme and other things? While it's
possible for TiddlySpot (I just need to add the four plugins used
there and set the parameters/cookies as they are in the TW-file
downloaded from the spot)

The plugin I use is still somewhat beta version, I lack the time to
publish and maintain it properly.
I will mail you a test case.
When you hit the button autolinker update the following actions take
place:
1. dirs that are listed in the plugin are scanned
2. tiddlers for every file

may be not exactly what you need, but psoares has written a
PhotoGalleryPlugin. This plugin reads file names specified and then
makes a gallery out of them. Available at:
