Yes, I have. Its a work in progress
I have come to think that different TWs are good for different
contexts. And I use iCal instead of any TW cals

First make a ConfigTweak tiddler, tag it systemConfig.Then add the following

Mainly because the systems converts it to TextText which you
can't affect via CSS.
But real tags generated by the system would be hard
