If you have a look at Tobi Beers tagSearch plugin. It may be an option.
In TagSearchConfig you can define tag categories, where only one tag of a
category can be active.
eg:
fruits
apple
orange
So, if you have a tiddler tagged apple and you want to tag it orange there

I'm using listboxPlugin to select a cookievalue to be inserted and
redered as images.
The SystemSettings tiddler is used to save the cookievalue between
sessions.
I use a hr-seperated list with labels to choose from and corresponding
image paths - like this:

I made a template in a tiddler called [[Logo]]:

Now when you click on one of the images in the sidebar,

No, there is bunch of tags that should not be together on one tiddler.
I need some kind of code that looks at the tags and asks you to choose tag
Apple or Orange, or even just a warning that says that there is a
conflict.
I just don't know how to do that.
