One small addition to your notes for making an upgrade work correctly. I
had to disable the encryptedvaultplugin in order to actually get it save
save the tiddlers I was trying to update. Worth a try if anyone else runs
into difficulty.

As the title specify, the [tag[blog]] macro to open all tiddler tagged
blog don't work in IE8, but in FF18 on windows XP. Anyone else have the
same problem, and maybe know how to get around it. I tried FeT but I have a
table in the tiddle-head in viewTemplate that don't show.

I made a mistake. I don't work in FF. I tried the start parameter
www.tiddlywiki.html/#tag:blog which does the thing I want. THAT work in FF
but not IE.
