[tw] PapaParse to Stream tiddlers into your TW?

2015-07-18 Thread Mat
Might PapaParse be used to "live import" and/or "live conversion" non Wikified content into *individual *tiddlers? Even by simply providing an url? A kind of RSS reader? I found it in searching info for the following idea, which is independent from PapaParse: Can I make

After a long busy time I restart with TW and now I plan to start with TW5. It works really nice, but I have a question. Sometimes in a tiddler I like to make a link to a Word-document or a pdf-document. Especially when I can us something from a manual. I found this [[open file://C:\Data\TiddlyW

A little bit of thread necromancy here, but I wrote a Bash script to backup my TiddlyWiki file in the event that it doesn't match the latest backup in some other folder. Works great on Linux. Should(?) work on OS X. https://gist.github.com/doublecompile/5097545a11b4aa5f08a2 Cheers, ―jh On Th

External links do not work...that is, I can't click on a link and have it open in Chrome. I can drag the link to a chrome window and open it. Is this the way it should be working? On Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 12:57:53 PM UTC-4, Arlen Beiler wrote: > > Hi everyone, > Was working on a project a

Jeremy, I have created a CNAME as per the instructions [1] GitHub says : "We recommend using a custom subdomain instead of an apex domain for your GitHub Pages site". [2] I am unfamiliar with both these, terms: I am confused! I've now added "192.30.252.153" to my A record. Both A records and C

Thanks Jeremy, I did find myself typing "mashup" many time --- and rapidly deleting during the course of making the demo :) Lowering barriers to tool making... yes... exactly! One of the reasons I like the TW and the community around it is that the activity is focused on making thinking tools.

Hi Alex Terrific work, well done, this is a great example of what used to be called a "mashup"; they used to be fashionable in 2006! I'm not sure that the name did anyone any favours. I think it's more useful to think in terms of tool-making. But I remain deeply committed to the idea: for me, one

Hi Alex Comparing the output of "dig tiddlywiki.com" with "dig ", you've got your DNS A record pointing to 213.171.195.105, while the one for tw.com points to 192.30.252.153, which is the correct address according to this: https://help.github.com/articles/tips-for-configuring-an-a-record-with-you
