I'm *very* enthusiastic about the new Wikify widget! I was hurting for
this feature ages ago when experimenting with generation of timeline SVGs
and other visualizations in TiddlyWiki, and now that it's here I might
revisit those utilities and kick them up a notch!
I have one minor gripe, for

Now we have preview, such a button for TW would be useful

So the short answer is that Firefox for Android can't do what I'm asking it

A kludgy workaround: write the code so that it displays the text "Open

Hello, Mark!
I can confirm that this works. The first attempt failed. But I realized the
issue was that I forgot to reload after importing then saving. Then it
worked smoothly.
I'm going to stress test it a bit more to see what else I can do.
Thank you!

Actually, why not invoke the preview type dropdown from the preview button
itself? Just add "none" to the list of choices.
The open eye icon could remain the same for any preview type except "none".

I wanted to like the new editor, but it messes with browser keyboard

Mat, I agree its not entirely clear.
Why not just REVERSE it? The open eye to represent ACCESS to preview and a
closed eye to close it?

Just a reflection: I can't speak for anyone else but 5.1.*11* is fantastic
so even if I'm really excited about .12, I really hope nobody is stressed
out over it.
I just love TW.

Interesting, can you share an excerpt of some of your text?
It sounds like you’d benefit from finer control over the tiddlerisation;
perhaps making a tiddler for heading, rather than for each paragraph.

Both work fine in the firefox browser and google chrome for me using a
