[tw] [TW5] Slow response and slow text entry - Win7, Firefox45, TW5.1.13

It's getting slower and slower. Is there a checklist of things I can do to improve it? This is a locked-down work computer, so I don't have much control. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "TiddlyWiki" group. To unsubscribe from this group and stop

Hi Conor Yeah, not only did I give up on this system, I also gave up on Workflowy, because the creators were not developing it, and kept promising things without delivering. I switched to Dynalist. See my blog post about that switch here

I see that I can transclude tiddlers with a specific tag using <$list filter="[tag[TagNameHere]]"> ! <$transclude field="title"/> <$transclude mode="block"/> I can also make lists of tiddlers using the current title using : <]

[tw] Empty Prerelease

Hi dear core Team, where do I find the empty prerelease I would like to implement it to develop a plugin using the new drag and drop it provides. (It would be nice to have a link in the list of new features...) Best wishes Jan -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the

Jeff, > Or to be able to edit a tiddler in one river, while scrolling and referencing information in the other river. Any chance this will eventually be possible? Not exactly what you're asking for but http://sideeditor.tiddlyspot.com/ is a tool I use all the time, that lets you do this.

Bumping this old thread: I agree this would be a fantastic feature. Especially to be able to drag/drop titles between 2 story rivers side-by-side. Or to be able to edit a tiddler in one river, while scrolling and referencing information in the other river. Any chance this will eventually be

Hey David, The shared workflowy is now a dead link, I'm really curious to hear more about this system and see if it is still working as well for you now as a year ago Do you collaborate with others? Using TW or Workflowy? On Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at 3:14:21 AM UTC+5:30, David Gifford wrote:

Hey Jed, This is is a great and very desired improvement, thanks a lot. Especially for educational purposes this makes it easier to collect feedback and answers. Some time ago I was fascinated by https://tritarget.org/ because this site seems to achieve submitting entire tiddlers to a server.

Hi Matt I’ve encountered similar symptoms when the sync timer has crashed; that prevents the timer from being restarted, and we temporarily lose syncing. This stuff should work. Can you share your code? Best wishes Jeremy > On 26 Mar 2017, at 11:21, Matt Groth wrote:

It works, but not reliably. We must be pushing TW past some sort of limit. The main problems I found while testing: 1) A bookmark will only update roughly half of the time. If I remove a tag from a pinboard bookmark tiddler, it will sometimes take multiple updates for that tag to come back.
