[tw] Node.js install of TiddlyWiki doesn't delete files

I'm running TW with the recommended node.js install. I can create new tiddlers just fine and make changes to old ones. But if I delete a tiddler, it doesn't delete the underlying data file and it just comes back on refresh. Similarly if I rename a tiddler, it creates the new one but the old
