I have a local TiddlyWiki (the monkey one), and I am trying to add
content to the header. As I test, I edited PageTemplate and changed
these lines:
However, the content of the TopNav tiddler did not appear anywhere.
What I am doing wrong?

and user permissions, say. Then it would dynamically change the
content of the tiddler. This is just one idea, I'm sure there are
other ways to handle this. Would love to hear from someone who has
ideas about this.

Very cool. I am surprised that this is not part of the core
functionality, as it is really providing the ability to structure by
folder, which is so essential.
