Here is my question: how can I reset the password for a tiddlywiki site
hosted in Tiddlyspot.com? Is this still supported?

If this didn't make sense to you, I'll explain: I created a tiddlywiki site
in Tiddlyspot and yes, I forgot my password [1]. The thing is, according to
the Tiddlyspot FAQ [2], when faced with this, one should send an email to
supp...@tiddlyspot.com asking the admins to reset the password. I did that
a month ago (from another email address) but nothing has happened. In fact,
I just recalled that I went through the same situation before but somehow I
recovered my password by myself while waiting for a response from
Tiddlyspot (which never came).

I'm not bitching about Tiddlyspot; I know those guys are busy and their
service is a blessing for the community but not a business. I just want to
ease this process for everybody so the service is still usable. I hope this
call for help is not out of place here and actually gets to the correct
people (unlike my email message).

Thank you very much to you all, keep up the good work! At least for me,
Tiddlywiki (with Tiddlyspot, most of the times) has been a perfect solution
for many projects throughout the years!

[1] I get this prompt:
Error : Username or Password do not match
     Content-Type: text/html
     Content-Length: 42
     Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *
     Access-Control-Allow-Headers: X-Requested-With
UserName : cebchihuahua Password : xxxxxxx
